I was going to put this on my private blog for the kids' journals, but I decided the whole world needs to know just how sweet my little Asher-man is.

Asher: You are incredibly, unbelievably sweet and charming lately. Three things you've said to me recently without any pressure from me to say it. 1) I was getting ready for church on Sunday and you came into the bathroom while I was putting my make-up on and said "You look pretty, Mama. You look pretty." 2) I went to hug you good night tonight and you said "I so love you." 3) You and Ella were up playing when you should have been sleeping. I came in and told you to be quiet and go to sleep. You said, "Mama, you mad?" I said, "Yes." You said, "Mama, I want you be happy, Mama. I want you be happy." Sigh. I said, "Asher makes me happy." He's a little heartwarmer, that kid.
